Electronic Delivery Order Module | Port Community System

About

The Electronic Delivery Order (EIDO) module allows Shipping Lines and Agents to issue delivery orders digitally through the PCS once freight charges and related fees have been settled. Importers and Customs Brokers are notified in real time when a delivery order is available allowing them to begin the cargo clearance process without delay.

The module also supports the submission of electronic Bills of Lading for ownership transfers between Forwarders or to the final consignee. Original Bills of Lading may still be issued on request.
