Streamlined export container management and cargo documentation
The Export Bookings module enables Shipping Agents to submit export booking information through the PCS. Freight Forwarders can access this data to collect empty containers, load cargo, and update the booking details as needed.
The module supports the assignment of empty containers to specific clients and improves transparency throughout the export process. All activities are processed electronically, allowing for better coordination between exporters, forwarders, terminals, and regulatory agencies.
Exporters can plan shipments more efficiently and avoid delays due to late container assignment or booking errors.
Freight Forwarders have access to updated booking information and container details. This improves cargo preparation and scheduling.
Shipping Agents can manage container allocation electronically. This increases control and reduces the risk of miscommunication.
Regulatory Agencies and Terminals receive booking data in advance. This supports early planning, inspection scheduling, and timely processing.
