To access the Jamaica Port Community System (PCS), your company must be registered with the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) as a recognised agent. This applies to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and truckers. Training is required for each PCS module before access is granted.

Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed by the PCS Operator Team. If additional information is needed, a team member will contact you. Access credentials will be provided after successful verification.
